Position Summary The Project Manager New Product Introduction (NPI) will lead projects from initiation through launch in a fastpaced, massproduction environment. This role supports highpriority strategic projects, providing updates that inform executive decisionmaking. Working closely with crossfunctional teams, the Project Manager ensures ontime product launches that fulfill all project requirements and contribute to IEMs commitment to powering whats next. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager with strong technical knowledge of manufacturing and product development. They thrive in fastpaced, ambiguous environments, bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges. With a continuous improvement mindset, they collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of the stagegate process for new product introduction from project initiation to manufacturing launch. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate communication between teams, identifying and mitigating risks to project success. Coordinate local manufacturing team efforts, aligning with corporate NPI goals and objectives. Track project progress, provide regular updates, and elevate issues to senior management as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI process to enhance efficiency and process quality. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in mass manufacturing or product development. Proven track record managing projects through a stagegate process or similar framework. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product design, and supply chain operations. Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent). Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills. PMP or other project management certification preferred. Workplace Conditions Onsite role with crossfunctional engagement across engineering, operations, and program teams.
