The manager builds, manages, and develops a highperforming team that delivers outstanding guest experience in line with lululemon values. Core Responsibilities Lead a respectful and inclusive team culture, celebrating differences. Engage team members, showing how their work supports store and company success. Execute the Store Managers people vision, cascading to all staff. Support hiring and build a diverse team that drives key results. Provide continuous learning and coaching, including direct feedback and mentoring. Lead performance management activities, including documentation and addressing concerns. Address employee concerns, partnering with internal support when needed. Deliver exceptional guest experience by assessing connection and product education. Make inthemoment decisions to maintain floor coverage and operations. Resolve guest feedback and escalations, making it right. Review business data and metrics to inform planning processes. Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising. Open and close the store following procedures. Adhere to safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the store location. One year people management experience. One year leadership experience, including managing business operations and projects. Experience with building diverse teams and coaching staff. Strong communication and coaching skills. Ability to travel to the assigned store and reliable transportation.
