Proposal Specialist (Client Success Enablement) Join MNP as a Proposal Specialist in Ottawa, leading client relationships, coordinating practice management activities, driving business development and procurement initiatives, supporting deliverable quality reviews, and overseeing the practice pipeline. You will be a trusted advisor, actively participating in proposal management and strategy while coauthoring content for proposals, oral presentations, and other pursuit collateral. Key Responsibilities Manage the practices procurement and contracting activities. Own the business development process, manage the practices pipeline, and host internal meetings. Facilitate quality assessment reviews with clients and coordinate all internal and external steps. Provide technical writing support for developing proposal content and business development material. Liaise with clients and team members to facilitate internal file set up, kickoff meetings, and backend support. Drive the strategic communications process on large, complex and strategically significant proposals. Research, write and edit standard and customized proposal content. Projectmanage the process, coordinating information from contributors and following up on action items. Review final proposal collateral for quality, format and content for adherence to the firms brand standards. Manage multiple proposals and priorities simultaneously. Act as an Alternate Security Clearance Officer (ASCO) for the Ottawa ERS Team. Manage organizational mailbox. Skills and Experience 12 years relevant experience in technical writing, project management and sales capacities with exceptional technical writing and editing skills. Undergraduate degree required; ability to understand, learn, and elaborate narratives in risk, technology and finance. Professional competency in the English language; bilingualism in French and English is an asset. Possess or be able to attain Government of Canada Security Clearance. Strong understanding of proposal management and development, with experience with proposals, technical writing or communications. Selfmotivated, organized, detailoriented and deadlinedriven, able to work independently and as part of an extended proposal team. Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and project management skills, with the ability to establish priorities, set and manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts (written and orally). Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloudbased tools; eager to contribute and take initiative. Experience responding to federal RFPs and working with different federal procurement vehicles is an asset. Knowledge of federal contracting frameworks and the procurement process, and experience in professional services (e.g., accounting, management consulting, legal) is an asset.
