Job Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Transportation Alternative Delivery to join our Edmonton team. In this role, youll lead major transportation projects engaging with clients, guiding innovative design solutions, and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Your responsibilities Lead a multi-disciplinary team with the preparation of designs, design reviews, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection. Manage projects from concept through design and construction. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications. Deliver projects on budget and schedule. Mentor and coach engineers and technologists. Build strong client relationships and pursue new opportunities. Foster a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment. Job Requirements Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA (or eligible). 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in transportation. Proven expertise in alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, P3, Owners Engineer). Strong project management and business development skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Valid drivers license.
