Job Overview Join Cintas Canada as a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division. Drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Build rapport with key decision makers and serve as the face of Cintas. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow existing accounts by upselling and crossselling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and maintain safety and compliance. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Valid drivers license in good standing (Provincial requirement for vehicles >10,000 lbs). High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Physical ability to meet job demands. Strong customer service orientation, selfmotivation, teamwork, and positive attitude. Ability to demonstrate a highlevel customer service orientation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with commission potential after route assignment. Majority 4day workweek; no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
