Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Produce Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Produce on a permanent basis on our Food Operations team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Calgary, AB. This position requires frequent travel of 70% to local Co-op Food Store locations in southern Alberta and BC. What youll do: Achieve budgeted sales targets by collaborating with Local Coop Senior Managers to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and coach managers on execution. Improve EBITDA by creating and implementing operational strategies with Team Leaders and ensuring effective followup. Oversee renovations, expansions, and new store setups, including merchandising, product selection, and marketing in coordination with Local Coops and Operations. Review and support merchandising, store layout, and customer experience standards to boost sales and maintain brand consistency. Partner with HR to identify and mentor future leaders, coordinate training programs, and assist in longterm succession planning. Who youll work with: You will work closely with other Operations Advisors, Operations Managers, Home Office, Customer Service Teams, local Coop Produce Managers, Store Managers, Division Managers and will report into the Operations Manager, Food. This team strives to cultivate a culture of positivity, collaboration, motivation, and trust. Who you are: Have 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management. Have a bachelors degree in business administration, commerce, or marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
