Position Overview Reporting to the Director, Brand and Real Estate Marketing, the Social Media & Content Specialist is a key member of Cabots Home Office marketing team, responsible for driving brand visibility and engagement through compelling digital storytelling. This role supports the management all social media platforms, coordinates content production, assists in partnering with influencers and creators, and supports the execution of paid media strategy and execution all in support of Cabots mission to Create Magical Places. Core Responsibilities Social Media Management Coordinate multiplatform content calendars across all properties Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content; monitor and respond to community interactions Track and report monthly performance metrics; provide optimization insights Monitor usergenerated content (UGC), brand sentiment, and social trends Assist in executing paid social strategy in support of brand and real estate goals Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices, leveraging insights and data to shape paid social strategy and drive brand awareness Support the growth of Cabots YouTube presence, including strategy, content planning, and optimization aligned with platform best practices. Content Curation & Creation Maintain a centralized and organized content library (e.g., Dropbox) and help manage media kits and accolade folders. Fulfill asset requests across departments for media, sales, website, and marketing needs. Coordinate the planning and execution of multichannel content series, campaigns, and activations in collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Support content capture at events; ensure timely delivery and distribution of photo and video assets. Identify content gaps and propose highimpact ideas that support annual marketing objectives. Conduct light editing as needed (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom). Support tracking of the content and photography budget; track performance and audience engagement. Regularly report content performance and engagement insights to inform strategy and ensure alignment with Cabots brand standards and storytelling approach. Assist in updating Cabot media kits and lead brand campaign launches, ensuring all social, content, and photography assets align with overarching storytelling initiatives. Influencer and Creator Partnerships Assist in building and coordinating a vetted network of photographers, influencers, and content creators to support onbrand storytelling and campaign initiatives. Support the development of creative briefs, shot lists, and mood boards tailored to specific property and campaign needs. Coordinate outreach and vetting to scheduling, onsite support, and postproduction delivery. Maintain and grow a creator database; lead partnership reporting initiatives to track performance, engagement, and ROI. Stay current with influencer marketing trends and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Support the implementation of baseline contract requirements and best practices for partnerships. Assist in maintaining social analytics dashboards and performance KPIs; contribute to monthly reporting and share actionable insights to guide future content and influencer strategy. Exceptional creative and professional writing skills. Skilled in writing and editing copy for digital content with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice. Proficient in Dropbox, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and social media scheduling and analytics platforms. Comfortable making datainformed decisions and conducting A/B testing to drive engagement and reach. Acquainted with editing tools including Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, and inplatform content tools. Familiar in creating briefs, mood boards, and shot lists for influencer, photography, and video production needs. Experience using Dash Hudson for content planning, performance insights, and optimization. Formal postsecondary education, ideally a bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
