Responsibilities Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage studios and drive daily services. Maintain a coaching culture by selecting, certifying, and supporting facilitators. Demonstrate artistry skills through custom makeovers, minimakeovers, and skincare services. Act as Director in Charge, engaging cast and clients onstage. Qualifications 13 years of similar experience at a highvolume store or equivalent internal experience. Strong client service skills and effective time management.
