Were building our first flagship sessions here in Calgary and were looking for a creative collaborator to help us bring these experiences to life. Program Development Lead As our Program Development Lead, youll work directly with our founder to design, refine, and pilot the first wave of team building sessions that will soon roll out across Canada. What Youll Do Co-design 46 flagship sessions that balance fun, collaboration, and real workplace outcomes. Build detailed activity guides, supply lists, and timing breakdowns. Help run early test sessions to ensure smooth facilitation and participant engagement. Bring creative, practical ideas that align with our vision of meaningful team connection. Who You Are Experienced in corporate training, facilitation, or experiential learning. Love turning ideas into interactive, handson experiences. Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in startupstyle environments. Based in Calgary (or nearby) with flexibility for daytime pilot sessions. Motivated by purpose and profit not just paycheques. Compensation This is an earlystage, profitshare opportunity ideal for someone who believes in building something with lasting impact. Youll receive a 10% share of profits from the first 5 sales of each session you help create (capped profitshare). Additional paid opportunities to facilitate or codeliver sessions.
