**Role Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain QC systems, procedures, and standards to meet ASME and regulatory requirements - Lead annual QC manual reviews and audits with ASME & ABSA; conduct internal audits and report findings - Monitor welding procedures and collaborate with engineering to ensure product and process compliance - Identify and implement improvements to enhance product quality - Maintain quality records including WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, MDRs, NDE reports, calibration logs, and NCRs **Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications** - Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of welding procedures and ASME codes - Analytical skills to identify root causes and trends - Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency - Proven leadership and team development skills - Excellent communication and feedback abilities - Familiarity with ASME B31.5/B31.3 and CSA B52 codes - Previous experience in Engineering and/or Quality Management - 46 years of relevant experience, including 24 years in a leadership role - Professional designation and Sigma Six certification are assets We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
