The team specializes in sports and entertainment venues, transportation infrastructure, and industrial spaces. Responsibilities Produce and oversee technical design and contract documents in compliance with owner requirements, in collaboration with project teams. Validate that designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines, code requirements, regulations, and quality assurance and control. Provide technical design solutions for new and renovation projects including interior and exterior assemblies. Lead assembly of specifications for projects using the NMS format. Coordinate and lead internal production teams. Coordinate with project subconsultants. Provide technical mentoring and project leadership to office staff. Assist with contract administration including site visits and working with construction contractors. Qualifications Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college. 8+ years experience as an Architectural Technologist for an architectural consulting firm. Demonstrated substantial product knowledge and ability to detail architectural building systems. Construction site experience. Preference for candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT; AutoCAD; Microsoft 365; Bluebeam. Compensation Expected Salary (BC): $74,600 to $102,600. The final salary awarded may vary based on education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
