Life & Living Benefits Insurance Advisor Join to apply for the Life & Living Benefits Insurance Advisor role at Lawrie Insurance Group . Were seeking a selfmotivated, entrepreneurial professional to join our dynamic Life & Living Benefits team. As a licensed Life & Living Benefits Advisor (LLQP), youll deliver integrated insurance planning and advice to your network of prospects, new & existing clients, and referrals. Youll be supported by a collaborative team of internal partners dedicated to helping you deepen client relationships and grow your business. What will you do? Build meaningful connections with individual and corporate clients through discovery conversations to understand their life events and evolving needs. Provide expert guidance on life insurance, critical illness, disability, and other living benefits. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend personalized insurance solutions aligned with clients financial protection goals. Provide service, support and advice to existing clients. Maintain longterm client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication. Educate clients on risk management and income protection strategies. Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates to ensure accurate and compliant advice. Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams to streamline application and claims processes. Develop and execute customized financial protection plans based on clients life stages and objectives. Participate in community outreach and networking events to expand your client base. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy information, and followups using CRM tools. Work with other team members to generate Life & Living Benefit opportunities for new individuals & business property/casualty clients. Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. Report to VP of Sales to support strategic initiatives and business development. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications 25 years of professional sales experience in the insurance industry; valid Life/A&S License (LLQP). Proven business development and prospecting skills with a resultsdriven mindset. Strong relationshipbuilding abilities and an existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence. Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems. Postsecondary education in a related field. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Industry designations preferred: CFP, CLU, CHS.
