Distribution Manager Uline (Milton, ON) Location: 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1 Pay: $160,000 to $190,000 per year Job Summary Are you a warehouse strategy pro passionate about boosting efficiency? As Distribution Manager at our Milton warehouse, you'll help oversee our expansive 1million squarefoot facilities stocked with over 43,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Responsibilities Guide all aspects of daytoday warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments. Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and sameday shipping. Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in the daily functions of a wellstructured, highperforming warehouse environment. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. 10+ years of handson management experience in 500,000+ squarefoot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team. Strong problemsolving and communication skills. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
