Position Summary The Position is responsible for supervising daily distribution center (DC) production including scheduling, hiring and training of DC Associates. Oversees day-to-day DC functions in one or more of the following areas: receiving, order filling or shipping. Prioritizes daily workflow to ensure customer requirements are met. What Youll Do Plan and schedule DC personnel to ensure proper staffing for receiving, orderfill or ship operations in a productive, safe and costefficient manner. Conduct daily startup meetings; organize daily assignments and workload to associates; adjust work assignments to meet daily production schedules in collaboration with the Production Support team and Production Manager to optimize efficiency, flow, and throughput. Train associates on standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Ensure products are received, orders are filled and shipped to stores on time to maximize customer service and achieve all KPI goals. Maintain time and attendance, productivity and quality records daily; prepare and generate daily productivity reports (TPR) and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in the selection of operation associates; implement departmental training and job rotation; motivate associates; administer performance management (coaching and accountability) including the annual review process; provide development and training in all functional areas. Promote a positive, inclusive work environment by communicating and interpreting company policies to associates; provide coaching and counseling; resolve work problems in a timely manner in accordance with company policies (open door, progressive discipline, effective documentation and followup). Maintain employmentrelated programs and procedures, including health, safety, housekeeping and cultural programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policy.
