The impact youll make : Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, manage media planning and buying, and optimize campaign performance to ensure efficient budget use and maximum results. Keep up to date on the latest media trends, emerging media and the holistic media landscape. Oversee local organic and paid social media presence, including content calendar development, community management, and performance monitoring. Monitor digital marketing campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to guide and enhance marketing strategies and decision-making. Administer the Monster Energy and Strategic brand websites keeping content up to date in English and French. Support local marketing teams in developing promotional microsites and landing pages, ensuring compliance with Monster Energys global digital guidelines. Oversee influencer programs and manage digital deliverables for streamers and ambassadors, ensuring brand alignment and tracking performance on earned and paid media. Lead digital content curation and copywriting for organic and paid media channels. Extract content insights to continuously improve digital performance and inform creative direction. Create strategic digital briefs for marketing partners, ensuring messaging aligns with brand and partnership goals. Support retail media efforts with media campaigns that will help drive and measure sales. Utilize understanding of digital culture and trends to ideate innovative social media strategies and storytelling, including organic, paid, and ambassador content initiatives. Who you are : Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field. Additional Experience Desired : More than 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or media, ideally within lifestyle brands, or sports marketing. Computer Skills Desired : Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus (Air table / Click up).
