Job Title: Recruiter Location: Calgary Job Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to work in our Calgary office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a recruitment agency and be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients staffing needs. Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Negotiate job offers, contract terms, and other employment related conditions. Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS). Create and post job advertisements on internal and external job boards. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Attend and participate in events for networking and business development. Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years full-cycle recruitment experience with strong staffing and / or customer service experience. Previous involvement with Indigenous organizations and communities is an asset. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Preference will be given to candidate with Agency Recruiting Background. Tech Savvy, social media expertise and strong ATS skills are required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to build and strong relationships with people at all levels of an organization. Must be authorized to legally work in Canada.
