Entry-level Private Jets Sales Consultant (Etobicoke, Toronto) To put it simply, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sports & entertainment organizations. Our Private Jet Sales Consultants manage the full travel and sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! As a Private Jets Sales Consultant, you will be providing high-quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure your clients chartering experience is a success. ACS Toronto is seeking an individual who has proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, and the ability to foster long-lasting client relationships. We are interested in candidates who are willing to go the extra mile and are ready to commit to our training plan. A DAY IN THE LIFE Build a list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites, and social media. Proactively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and convert potential clients into ACS clients. Build relationships with Private Jet Operators to ensure we can provide the most suitable aircraft choices for clients requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Consistently exceed both sales activity and financial targets. Confirm compliance with company procedures to protect both ACS and the client. Demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process. Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion. Oversee flight departures (flight watching). Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization. Make prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and adaptability.
