Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate fabrication. Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes. Plan production in conjunction with GM and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the workplace. Document production processes and maintain accurate records. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Punch Programmer or similar role. Proficiency in Sheet Metal programming software such as Radan. Strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques. Excellent mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
