As a people leader, you will undertake development and coaching of an independent team, demonstrating their ability to replicate and undertake professional and client expansion activities. Overall objectives will include to grow revenue and contractor headcount; management of an agreed portfolio of clients, responsible for ensuring effective service delivery through collaboration with appropriate functional areas to meet or exceed revenue, productivity and activity targets; development of strong and progressive client relationships to maximize and expand opportunities across all lines of business; develop and coach reports to meet or exceed activity targets, operationalized through business development calls and meetings with clear target clients and contacts.
