Based in Kitchener, ON, our mission is to eliminate the infrastructure barriers that currently limit dialysis availability and reach millions more patients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Experimental Physicist / Chemist Advanced Energy & Materials Research at Qidni Labs, located in Kitchener, ON. The role involves day-to-day tasks including developing and optimizing materials for dialysis technology, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to research and development projects. The candidate will work closely with the R&D team to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the dialysis systems being developed. Qualifications Strong background in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or related field Experience in Research and Development (R&D) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ph.D. or Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or related field Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
