Qualifications Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention and Investigation skills Strong Communication and Surveillance skills Experience with Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) operations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in law enforcement or security is an asset Position Type: Full-Time Some overnight shifts required Immediate openings at high-profile and stable sites Tactical Security Guard Responsibilities: Conduct proactive patrols and respond to incidents swiftly De-escalate conflicts professionally using tactical communication Ensure site safety and enforce policies and procedures Write clear and detailed incident reports Work independently or as part of a tactical response team Loss Prevention Officer Responsibilities: Monitor retail floor for theft and fraud using both floor presence and CCTV Conduct investigations and apprehend offenders in compliance with law and policy Liaise with store management and local law enforcement when needed Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents Prevent loss through deterrence and strong observational skills Requirements: Valid Ontario Security Guard License Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Physically fit and alert Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally Must be available for full-time shifts, including some overnights Tactical training and/or prior loss prevention experience is an asset Pay Rate: $20.00 $22.50/hour , based on experience and site placement Locations: Various full-time sites available throughout London, Ontario
