Sharing our commitment to project quality and client satisfaction in a design-build atmosphere, the successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment with guidance from senior staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: Working on construction drawings for Commercial, Industrial, and Multi-Dwelling Residential Building projects including but not limited to the following: Preparation and production of Architectural and/or structural based drawings such as: Architectural Site Plans, Floor Plans, Reflective Ceiling Plans, Roof Plans, Cross-sections and details, Finish / Door / Window Schedules Structural Foundation plans, Sawcut plans, Roof framing plans, wall framing elevations. Coordination of revisions/mark-ups as per directions. Coordination of drawings with C/M/E/P drawings. Liaison with the Development Team, Estimating, and Construction Project Managers as required. This is an in-Office position in LaSalle, Ontario. (no remote work) SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Successful applicant will have minimum 2 - 5 years experience. Strong organizational and communications skills. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, practices and the O.B.C. would be considered an asset. Must have high knowledge and skills with drawing application programs in AUTOCAD with or without Architectural Desktop. Experience with Sketch-up and other rendering programs would be an asset Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Benefits Job Type: Permanent Full-time (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
