ANALYST, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT CONTRACTDo you know how to effectively manage competing priorities?Our Client is an international, non-governmental organization that aims to empower youth by giving them an opportunity to access education and tools to help them grow.Competitive Compensation (CAD $75,000 - $80,000, prorated)Hybrid work environment (3 days in office)Reporting to a Supervisor, Contract Management, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of contract and purchase requests. Processing various contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and purchase orders (POs), utilizing systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standard operating procedures.Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status and expectations.Collaborating with Accounts Payable and Finance Business Partners on inquiries related to contract payments and open balances.Participating in ad hoc projects such as data cleansing, vendor master data entry, and updates to operating procedures.Providing training to stakeholders on procurement policies and processes.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency, and possess excellent customer service skills and comes with the following:~5 years of experience in a Procurement, supply chain, or contract administration role.~ Experience with ServiceNow and Workday is required.~ Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Excel) is essential.~ A relevant designation (Supply Chain, Procurement, or Accounting) is considered an asset.~ French proficiency is an asset.Applicants selected for an in-person interview will be asked whether specific accommodations are needed to support a personal disability.Follow us on Facebook for job searching tips and other updates.
