Omni-Channel Product Lead Baby & Kids Apparel As the Omni-Channel Product Lead , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of product presentation, consistency, and performance across multiple sales channels, including eCommerce, dropship, and wholesale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, merchandising, marketing, and operations to ensure that our products are effectively represented and aligned with the companys brand, values, and customer expectations. This role will ensure that our products are presented seamlessly, from online stores to retail shelves. Key Responsibilities: Omni-Channel Execution : Implement the omni-channel strategy for your product assortment, ensuring a seamless and cohesive product experience across e-commerce platforms, wholesale channels, dropship, and retail partnerships. Product Presentation : Oversee the visual representation of products, ensuring high-quality imagery, accurate descriptions, pricing and details, and consistent messaging across all sales channels. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain brand integrity in product listings. Inventory & Channel Management : Manage product availability and coordination across all channels, ensuring accurate stock levels and smooth product transitions between platforms. Work closely with planning and operations to optimize the customer experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to align product launches, seasonal campaigns, customer feedback and product updates across all sales channels. Customer Insights & Trends : Analyze customer feedback, returns, sales trends, and market insights to inform product adjustments and improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring that the product offering meets the needs of parents and caregivers. Wholesale & Retail Partnerships : With the support of the sales team, collaborate with wholesale partners and retailers to ensure that all components of our product offerings are presented consistently and correctly on partner websites. Ensure timely delivery of assets and product details. Brand & Quality Standards : Ensure all products across channels adhere to company brand guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, especially for baby and nursery products. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or e-commerce, with a focus on omni-channel strategy, retail, and/or apparel. Experience in the baby, childrens, or nursery industry is a plus. Analytical Mindset: Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions, track product performance, and optimize product strategies. Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Cross-Functional Collaboration , excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners. Detail-Oriented : A keen eye for detail, ensuring that product representation, descriptions, and visuals are accurate and aligned with the brands standards. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon), dropshipping platforms (Cymbio, NuOrder) and related tools (e.g., PIM systems, ERPs). Passion for Baby & Nursery Products : A genuine interest in baby products, parenting trends, and customer needs in the childrens market.
