This innovative firm designs, manufactures, and delivers volumetric modular buildings for high-impact sectors such as healthcare, education, housing, and commercial development - and theyre scaling fast. As HSE Manager, youll play a critical leadership role, driving a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization, with full ownership of programs aligned to ISO 45001, COR 2020, and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Lead the company-wide HSE program and training strategy Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance frameworks (ISO 45001 / COR 2020) Champion proactive risk management and continuous improvement Own WSIB reporting, modified work programs, and 4Safe administration Support Joint Health & Safety Committee activities and safety communications Youll Bring: 7+ years of HSE experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity Experience in construction or industrial manufacturing environments Solid understanding of OHSA, WSIB, and hazardous materials protocols CRSP or NCSO preferred Confident communicator and influential safety leader Why Apply?
