Field Service Technician Industrial Machinery We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, service, and repair advanced industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring reliable performance and maximum uptime for our customers. The ideal candidate is mechanically and electrically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in the field. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair a range of industrial machinery and equipment Diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Provide on-site training and preventive maintenance services Advise customers on equipment operation, applications, and maintenance best practices Support customers in achieving optimal performance and productivity Set up and demonstrate machinery in the showroom or at customer sites Maintain accurate reports, service documentation, and parts usage records Respond to service calls promptly and professionally Qualifications & Skills Mechanical and electrical/electronic training or equivalent hands-on experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Familiarity with PLC and CNC-controlled equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows OS CAD/CAM software experience considered an asset Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Why Join Us Competitive compensation and benefits Ongoing technical training and professional development Opportunity to work with leading industrial technologies Supportive, professional environment focused on quality and customer success
