Our flagship brand serves players who value insight, product clarity, and control. We believe the future of gaming belongs to customers who expect more and were building the tools to deliver just that. As a small, high-impact team, were looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative without waiting for instructions, and is equally comfortable coordinating projects, shaping product requirements, and jumping on a call to solve a user issue. What You''ll Do Own the end-to-end delivery of product and operational initiatives from idea to launch. Collaborate with leadership to shape product strategy and prioritize features that serve our users. Coordinate across engineering, design, and marketing to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure progress. Work closely with Figma designers or bring one into the team to translate vague ideas into crisp, buildable UI/UX. Build light process where helpful (not heavy), and track progress without relying on Jira religion. Stay hands-on: QA features, write docs, manage edge cases, and pick up tasks that need doing regardless of title. Bring insight from your experience in sports betting usability, casino revenue generations, conversion funnel optimization and loyalty program construction to help us avoid landmines and seize opportunities. You''re not just comfortable with ambiguity you thrive in it. You know how to move forward without a playbook. You take ownership of outcomes, not tasks. You do what needs to be done, even if it''s ''not your job.'' You can communicate product requirements clearly either directly in Figma, or by partnering with someone you trust. Youve worked in small teams or startups, and youre not looking to manage people youre looking to ship. You''re technical enough to talk to engineers and practical enough to know when to stop refining and start building. Bonus Points Youve worked on products with betting mechanics, affiliate systems, or campaign tooling. Youve built or worked closely with Figma design systems. You can interpret logs, trace bugs, or support a partner integration without waiting for someone else. Why Us? We''re small, sharp, and fast. No corporate overhead, no meetings for meetings sake. Youll work directly with decision-makers and your decisions will actually matter. Were building for users who expect more from betting and we intend to give it to them. Youll have a front-row seat (and real influence) in building products that are quietly smarter than the competition.
