At the heart of our kitchen is a team member who takes pride in their work, ensuring that every dish, pot, pan, utensil, and small ware is washed, rinsed, and sanitized to perfection. Key Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area. Assist with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing needs in a timely and effective manner, modeling suggestive selling techniques, answering phones and pages promptly, and courteously. Maximize sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product. Foster a clean and sanitary working environment by maintaining equipment according to WFM standards and immediately reporting safety hazards and violations. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Effective time management skills. Able to deliver information clearly and respectfully to fellow Team Members, customers, and vendors. Meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions. Follow directions and procedures effectively, demonstrate strong work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
