We are a growth-oriented organization committed to empowering our employees through skill development in technical, teamwork, and leadership areas, paving the way for advancement into challenging roles within the company. ### **Were Hiring!** Were looking for an organized, detail-oriented **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our team for an **18-month maternity leave coverage**. This role is all about supporting our people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. ### **What Youll Do** - Coordinate onboarding for new hires and make sure everything is ready for their first day. - Organize training and certifications for employees and keep records up to date. - Manage drug and alcohol testing and other project compliance requirements. - Maintain employee data in our HR systems and help improve processes. - Support performance management, training, and development programs. - Jump in on projects and help where neededteamwork is key here! ### **What Were Looking For** - Experience with UKG, WorkHub and M365 products, especially Excel and SharePoint. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Previous HR education and/or experience is an asset, but we value initiative and a willingness to learn. ### **What We Offer** - A collaborative, supportive team environment. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Salary Range from $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience. - The chance to make a real difference in a growing company.
