Why Work Here Long term career opportunity Right hand to President & Owner Diversified focus - Finance & Accounting, Operations, HR and IT Stable & Growing company Good work life balance About the Opportunity Finance & Accounting Lead and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely monthend, quarterend, and yearend closings, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and rolling forecasts to support strategic planning. Maintain and improve the companys cash management, including monitoring working capital, optimizing AR/AP cycles, and managing banking relationships. Oversee the preparation of tax filings and compliance, coordinating with external tax advisors for corporate, sales/use tax, and other required filings. Manage annual audit or financial review process, including coordination with auditors and preparation of required schedules. Operations Review and analyze production and inventory data, identifying opportunities for cost savings, waste reduction, and throughput improvement. Provide oversight of inventory control processes, including cycle counting, inventory valuation, and reconciliation across multiple locations (if applicable). Oversee company insurance programs, including general liability, workers compensation, and property coverage, in coordination with brokers. IT Oversee the companys IT systems and infrastructure in collaboration with external vendors or internal IT staff. Ensure secure, efficient, and up-to-date systems that support operational and financial reporting. Lead software/tool selection and implementation projects as needed (e.g., ERP upgrades). HR Provide oversight of HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Collaborate on recruiting, onboarding, and performance management initiatives. Help build and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
