Responsibilities Develop and Maintain KPI measurements for Projects including but not limited to: schedule, labor, budget, risk and adherence to processes Develop and Maintain active projects status tracking and afteraction reviews of projects for PM team Develop, manage and maintain reports using various applications including but not limited to: Smartsheet, MS Excel, SharePoint (including basic workflow management), Visio for process development, etc. Support Project Execution to meet customer and internal expectations Kickoff, manage and lead execution for small system projects Attend internal and client meetings in support of key project activities Develop / Track Project Schedules and Budgets Develop / Submit Canadian Government forms and reports Develop milestone invoice plans and track revenue recognition Develop / Submit monthly invoices for assigned programs Develop project documentation contract deliverables Coordinate meeting minutes and action items for internal and customer meetings Develop and Maintain Project Finance status and tracking for assigned Projects by working with the Finance team to ensure project financial tracking and performance such as (labor, equipment, and travel costs) are accurate and measured for system projects, and tracking revenue recognition Support internal business initiatives for the development of new processes or enhancements to existing processes Participate in the development of business processes in the program management area Requirements matrix development #J-18808-Ljbffr
