SUPPLY CHAIN TRAINEE PROGRAM Apply by October 9th, 2025 The Supply Chain Trainee Program is designed for graduates passionate about the intricacies of supply chain management, operations, and strategic problem-solving, offering an exceptional opportunity to dive into our dynamic logistics environment. This program is your gateway to a rewarding career being a leader in our Supply Chain team! Program will begin September 2025 What do we offer? The SCTP program spans 8-months, providing comprehensive and immersive experiences across various Logistics areas with exposure to various operational sites, including one of our major breweries, warehouse facilities, and Toronto Headquarters. Youll be exposed to immersive job shadowing, learning about the specific operational processes, including how to lead a frontline team during shift to solve problems proactively. You will also work on a strategic business project throughout the duration of your program with the opportunity to present to Supply Chain Leadership. Following the program, you will continue to build your Labatt journey with placement at one of our Warehouses across Canada as a Group Manager. Experiential learning opportunities, for example, a 3-day immersive leadership development training along with one-week of Group Manager training before your final placement. Exposure to senior leadership, including Labatts President, through networking opportunities and project presentations during rotations. Living stipend to support you throughout the program. Apply a problem-solving mindset to quickly and effectively solve operational issues that may arise Can effectively utilize data analysis and other lean manufacturing methods to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2024, 2025 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2026. Must be mobile and open to relocation to experience different functions and locations across Canada Eligible to work in Canada Bilingualism is an asset Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else) Our Warehouses are 24/7 - 363 day a year facilities which may require alternating shift work for participants who enter the program. Program participants must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime. Recruitment Process : Online Assessment & Phone screen Virtual Interview with business leaders (Mid-September to Mid-October) Final Interview with Logistics Vice President (In person when possible).
