As we continue to grow, were expanding our team in Calgary and Southern Alberta and looking for two driven professionals to join us as: Outside Sales Representative Commercial Division Outside Sales Representative Residential Division Both roles are key to growing our market presence and strengthening relationships with clients who expect top-quality products and unmatched service. Commercial Division Youll focus on builders, architects, general contractors, and masonry trades across the commercial, institutional, and multifamily construction sectors. Your role is all about driving growth, managing specifications, and ensuring Cast Supply products are chosen, delivered, and installed on some of Albertas most notable projects. Residential Division Youll work directly with home builders, renovators, and contractors across Calgary and surrounding areas. This role is relationshipheavy and fieldbased, generating leads, visiting job sites, and helping clients select the right masonry and cladding solutions for their homes. Key Responsibilities (Both Divisions) Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and trades. Prospect, cold call, and follow up with leads to generate opportunities. Conduct site visits, presentations, and lunchandlearns to promote product lines. Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless logistics and client satisfaction. Represent Cast Supply at trade shows, events, and industry functions. Track opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records. What You Bring 3+ years of proven outside sales experience (construction or building materials preferred). Understanding of commercial and/or residential construction lifecycles and materials. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Selfstarter with a resultsdriven, entrepreneurial mindset. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (regional travel required).
