As the parent company to Diamond Sea Glaze, Freeman Marine, Pacific Coast Marine, Steelhead Marine, Manly Marine, and USA Sliding Doors, we design, engineer, and manufacture specialty marine closures with operations across Canada and the United States and shipments to over 50 countries. Our clients include navies, governments, militaries, commercial vessel operators, and superyacht builders. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our Sales Department in Chilliwack, BC . Why Join AdvanTec Marine? About the Role As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing customer relationships across a defined territory or client portfolio. Youll be part of a high-performing team, responsible for driving revenue, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our technical sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage a variety of account types: Enterprise, Relationship, Transactional, and Distributor Qualify leads and guide them through quoting and closing stages Maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, video conferences, and site visits Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage sales activities and pipeline Prepare accurate estimates and quotations using AdvanTecs estimating tools Represent AdvanTec at trade shows and customer visits What Were Looking For 35 years of experience in marine technical sales and estimating Background in shipbuilding or equipment manufacturing is a strong asset Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an asset Strong interpersonal skills: integrity, positivity, and professionalism Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement Ready to Make Waves in Your Career?
