Job Description

Lead, mentor, and support store managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial objectives. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing leaders while promoting a culture of accountability and professional growth. Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence and employee engagement. Promote a positive workplace culture grounded in respect, collaboration, and service excellence. Sales Growth & Business Development Drive regional sales, revenue, and profitability targets through effective planning and execution. Identify local business opportunities and develop B2B and B2C partnerships to strengthen market position. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as needed. Support regional marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance visibility and customer engagement. Operational Management Ensure compliance with all company policies, operating standards, and health and safety requirements. Oversee operational processes related to inventory, merchandising, and store presentation. Manage budgets, labour, and expenses to achieve optimal performance. Provide support for new store openings, remodels, and closures as required. Customer Experience Champion a customer-first culture across all stores, ensuring consistent service excellence. Support teams in handling escalated service issues with professionalism and empathy. Use feedback and customer data to identify improvement opportunities and elevate service delivery. Regional Leadership Act as the senior company representative in the region, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Contribute to national programs, initiatives, and operational pilots. Travel regularly to support stores and ensure alignment with company standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience in retail, consumer services, or operations - apparel experience ideal. Proven ability to achieve sales, service, and profitability targets. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Demonstrated success in team development and performance management. Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.
