About the Role: Were looking for a Vehicle Remarketing Specialist to join our Wholesale & Dealer Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canadas largest wholesalers of used cars, helping us grow and optimize our wholesale operations. In this role, youll evaluate and price vehicles, manage inbound appraisal leads, and drive auction success, working closely with the team to shape the future of our wholesale business across Canada. Responsibilities: Price Wholesale Vehicles: Set competitive reserve prices for all wholesale units using market data, auction trends, and dealer feedback to balance sell-through conversion and profitability. Allocate Vehicles Across Auctions: Decide which units go to which auction platforms based on market strength, regional demand, and sales strategy. Represent & Negotiate: Represent Clutch inventory in live or timed auctions, negotiate with buyers, and ensure vehicles are presented accurately. Drive Conversion: Own the sell-through conversion KPI for assigned vehicles, maximizing sales while minimizing reruns and margin leakage. Collaborate Across Teams: Provide pricing and reserve guidance and share market insights with the acquisition team. Maintain Data Quality: Ensure accurate disclosures, condition reports, and auction listings for transparent and professional marketing. Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline the appraisal and auction lifecycle and drive efficiencies as volumes scale.
