In this role you will educate customers at the store pavilion on President's Choice Financial products and drive brand awareness while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Educate customers on the features and benefits of Presidents Choice Financial products within the store pavilion. Understand customers needs to make appropriate recommendations. Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a subject matter expert. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience. Find creative approaches to engage customers and share product benefits. Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Create excitement around the product offering by advocating for the brand. Requirements 1+ year of experience in sales within finance or retail (asset). Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo. Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, and skilled in new customer acquisition. Customer service or sales experience an asset. Strong listening, communication skills, and key message delivery. High level of integrity and accountability with confidential data. Comfortable completing criminal/credit background checks. Interest in learning and development through coaching and training. Reliable access to a vehicle or a valid drivers license (asset).
