About The Role The Systems Technician performs installation, modification, repair, testing, and servicing of systems and communications equipment, including hardware, peripherals, software configuration, voice, video, and data conferencing devices. The incumbent will provide service to internal Insight teammates, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. As a Systems Technician Will Above average communication and documentation skills Strong experience with PC hardware Strong experience with Android and iOS mobile device support Strong experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Knowledge and experience with Mac OS Ability to research and provide solutions to complex technical issues Strong experience supporting a variety of software (Adobe, SAP, Microsoft Office 365, etc.) Experience with Microsoft Bitlocker Encryption software Experience utilizing standard ticket handling applications Printer knowledge and troubleshooting skills Warehouse environment IT support preferred Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
