Role Overview Account Manager responsible for creatively growing existing accounts, finding new leads, and expanding the companys business footprint. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on developing strong relationships with key influencers and decisionmakers, becoming an integral part of the customers team. DaytoDay Responsibilities Passionately hunt new business opportunities, growing the funnel by connecting with a wide network of A&D and project managers. Act as the single point of contact for coordinating all dealer activities, service orders, and personnel for each assigned account and drive account team performance. Respond promptly to customer requests for products, services, and information. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customers needs, corporate goals, business practices, and satisfaction criteria to propose enhancements. Manage ongoing client relations and thirdparty relationships (contractors, A&D firms, etc.). Oversee all customer projects and work orders, directing the dealer team for implementation of orders and service requests. Ensure proper closure of sales by obtaining signed orders, purchase orders, deposits, and terms & conditions. Remain involved throughout sale implementation to resolve bottlenecks and maintain customer and dealership satisfaction. Prepare documents for RFP/RFQ bids and tenders. Maintain documentation standards on all account activities with a customerfirst service level. Specify product pricing, research sourcing new products, and provide technical order information, including custom requirements. Initiate service quote requests for deliveries of small and major orders. Work with manufacturers to obtain lead times, contracts, discounts, and pricing for order quotes. Provide administrative support to ensure order accuracy and a positive customer experience.
