Location & Employment Hybrid or in-person services with Lifemark Active Physio Works St. Albert Servus Place (1502400 Campbell Road, St. Albert, AB T8N 0R8) Fulltime salaried positions available (potential for partnership with other Lifemark clinics in St. Albert/Edmonton area for a fulltime shared schedule) Parttime / casual feeforservice and hourly pay available Hybrid model possible, but inperson attendance required Key Responsibilities Provide wholeperson biopsychosocial care to clients through collaboration with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams (physiotherapy, kinesiology, occupational therapy, vocational rehab specialists, case coordinators) and interdisciplinary mental health teams (psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, occupational therapists) Deliver individual and group treatment for conditions such as anxiety, trauma, depression, somatic complaints, substance misuse, adjustment and interpersonal issues Conduct psychological assessments preemployment suitability, diagnostic assessments (MMPI3, PAI) to guide treatment and psychosocial resource building Consult with other healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to inhouse training sessions, interdisciplinary case discussions, and program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level Leverage novel approaches including adjunct digital therapeutics for service delivery Education and Licensure Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university Current registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (competency with adult populations; clinical psychology) 400 hours specialization/supervision in formal assessments (MMPI3, PAI) Asset: counselling psychology, health/rehabilitation psychology, neuropsychology Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment Applied Experience Experience conducting psychological assessments for adults for treatment planning and other goals Proficiency in evidencebased treatments grounded in cognitivebehavioral approaches Experience developing and evaluating mental health programs (asset) Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and with thirdparty payers (asset) Experience utilizing telehealth/virtual care methods (asset) Additional Abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams Efficiency with required clinical documentation Capacity to manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic work setting Demonstrated work ethics, integrity, reliability, maturity, and flexibility Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Fulltime Job Function Health Care Provider Industries Wellness and Fitness Services Inclusivity and Accommodation We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
