Strong, supportive team environment - Mon - Fri position Working closely with Village Management and our residents About the role Were looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing energetic team player to work alongside our residents at our Hibiscus Coast Village in Red Beach. You will organise and coordinate activities and outings for our residents living in the village. Working closely with the Village Manager, this is an exciting role with the opportunity to make a difference in our residents daily lives. This is a part-time role - 28 hours per week. Shift: Mon - Fri 10am - 4:30pm Some of the great things you will be doing: Organizing special events and outings for our residents. Driving our Village bus and escorting residents on excursions. Engaging with our residents and family members. Delivering group activities for our serviced apartment residents that engage, provide social interaction and give a sense of belonging. Connecting with community groups and supporting existing village run activities. About you We are looking for a sociable, outgoing, creative thinker who can organize great events for our residents. Other things that will make you a great Social Coordinator: Full and clean Driver's License to drive our village van You will need to be an excellent people person who enjoys working with the older adult, with an ability to maximize resident participation in activities.
