Under the supervision of the Director, Guest Experience, the Rituals Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of Nordik Spa Villages rituals and sensory wellness experiences, such as Aufguss, meditations, and sound baths. They inspire their team and ensure an authentic and memorable guest experience, aligned with the core values of wellness. Through compassionate leadership, creativity, and a strong sense of balance, they foster growth and fulfillment among artisans, support internal wellness initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Nordik experience. Main Responsibilities Role with Guests Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily rituals (Aufguss, meditations, sound baths, etc.) and complementary wellness experiences. Participate in the creation, adaptation, and renewal of rituals according to the seasons and cultural inspirations of wellness, integrating natural products and essential oils. Ensure an impeccable guest experience in line with Nordik Spa Village standards and values. Be present on the floor to inspire and guide the team while ensuring guest satisfaction. Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve rituals and activities. Participate in organizing events, workshops, and thematic celebrations centered on wellness. Role with Artisans Promote a culture of wellness within the team and encourage both individual and collective growth. Design and implement internal wellness initiatives (relaxation, nature, creativity, etc.). Collaborate with the wellness committee to support local and corporate wellness projects. Organize and lead teambuilding activities and fundraisers for community organizations. Serve as a role model and source of inspiration for artisans by embodying values of balance, mindfulness, and authenticity. Leadership and Management Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team of ritual artisans. Plan schedules and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. Provide ongoing support and continuous training on rituals, products, and service standards. Actively participate in rituals to remain connected to the guest experience and team reality. Track performance indicators and prepare activity reports (guest satisfaction, participation, incidents, etc.). Collaborate closely with the Product, Procurement, HR, and Guest Experience departments. Operational Management Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency within ritual and wellness spaces. Oversee stock management (products, oils, accessories, wood, instruments, etc.) in collaboration with the Procurement team. Guarantee the proper implementation of opening and closing procedures. Support the application of policies, standards, and performance indicators related to wellness. Profile Required Diploma or certificate in wellness, hospitality management, tourism, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in the wellness, tourism, or hospitality industry. Proven experience in team management. Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism required). Inspiring and collaborative leadership. Good physical condition and tolerance to heat (sauna, hammam, etc.). Strong interest in natural products, wellness traditions, and holistic health.
