Le programme davions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Conseiller(re) sant, scurit et environnement pour rejoindre notre quipe SSE base Mirabel (Qubec, Canada), o vous exercerez un rle dexpert-conseil auprs des directeurs, chefs de service, superviseurs et employs afin de les guider vers les meilleures pratiques en matire de sant et scurit du travail. Vous ferez partie de lquipe Sant, Scurit et Environnement charge en autre dassurer ladhrence aux politiques et procdures de sant scurit de lentreprise, de supporter les oprations en procdant aux analyses scuritaires de tches et en recherchant les meilleures pratiques SST et deffectuer des audits de matrise oprationnelle et des valuations de risques. Lorganisation de lquipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rle en tant que Conseiller SSE sera de : tre le gardien et le promoteur de nos politiques, en vous assurant quelles sont non seulement respectes, mais vcues au quotidien par chaque membre de lquipe; Effectuer des analyses de risques et de tches qui ne se limitent pas la conformit, mais qui anticipent et neutralisent les dangers avant mme quils napparaissent. Intgrer la vision SSE en amont de chaque projet, de chaque changement, pour garantir que la scurit est au fondement de notre innovation; Accompagner les gestionnaires dans les enqutes daccident qui vont au-del des symptmes pour liminer les causes profondes; Maintenir et lever nos standards de certification, en transformant les audits en vritables leviers damlioration continue; Dtecter les besoins en formation, puis participer la mise jour de celles-ci. Animer des sessions qui ne se contentent pas d'informer, mais qui transforment les mentalits et les comportements. Votre Profil Sept (7) dix (10) ans dexprience en sant et scurit dans le secteur manufacturier, o vous avez obtenu des rsultats mesurables; Diplme universitaire en Sant scurit au travail, Relation industrielles, Ressources humaines en sant et scurit au travail; Vous navez pas besoin dune autorit hirarchique pour inspirer laction. You will be part of the Health, Safety & Environment team responsible for ensuring adherence to the companys health and safety policies and procedures, supporting operations by conducting job safety analyses and researching best OHS practices, and performing operational control audits and risk assessments.
