Responsibilities Prepare accurate billing. Process billing in accordance with client contract specifications. Verify and balance billing with actual expenses. Assist the payables department when required. Produce management reports for various internal users and management. Participate in external audit at yearend and account reconciliation. Perform any other assigned tasks. Qualifications Organizational sense and ability to manage several files simultaneously. Experience in billing and accounts receivable. Diploma in accounting or finance. Rapid learning, fast reading and sound judgment. Work in a fastpaced department. Fully bilingual (French and English). Bilingualism is required to ensure communication across all bases in Canada. Good knowledge of Word and Excel (intermediate functions). Adherence to procedures. Customer service orientation.
