We offer physician and rehabilitation and developmental services up to the age of 18. SickKids opened Boomerang Health in April 2013, a 11,000 sq. ft. healthcare centre in Vaughan, to provide the York Region community and beyond, with greater access to community-based services for children and adolescents. Available Position We are currently looking to fill an immediate position for a part-time/full-time ADOLESCENT MEDICINE physician who will work collaboratively with the interprofessional Adolescent Medicine team, as well as the medical and rehabilitation and developmental clinicians in the clinic and at SickKids. Additional Information We have paediatric specialists and general and consulting paediatricians. Our medical services are offered, in-person and virtually, Monday to Friday by appointment, as we do not provide urgent care or walk-in services. Furthermore, our rehabilitation and developmental services are offered Monday to Sunday. We Are Presently Providing a Combination Of In-person And Virtual And/or Telephone Appointments As Much As Possible For All Our Medical And Rehab And Developmental Patients. We Continue To Work With Our Staff On a Regular Basis To Reassess Our Guidelines For In-person Vs Virtual Visits.
