Job Description

Oakville Toyota, part of The Humberview Group, is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Oakville. As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers who bring their vehicles in for service. You will advise on necessary services and routine maintenance, book appointments, and build lasting relationships. Please note, this position is open only to individuals who are legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application and in the future. Job Duties Greet customers and perform a vehicle walkaround. Help manage vehicle repair estimate times and shop loading. Schedule appointments. Advise customers on vehicle care and the value of maintenance. Handle customer inquiries and concerns. Follow up on repair order progress during the day. Manage telephone inquiries and return messages promptly. Complete additional duties as assigned. What We Look For Great attitude. Previous service advisor experience strongly preferred. Experience with the Toyota brand is an asset. Strong organizational and time management skills. Skilled communicator (written and oral). Problem solver. Friendly and trustworthy individual. Valid (G) drivers license and clean driving record required. Desire to achieve the best in customer service and teamwork. Experience with CDK considered an asset.
