Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary: We offer very competitive compensation and extended health and dental. Annual Bonus: Beginning in your second year, you'll be eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and firm performance. When we win, we win as a team. Generous Vacation: Enjoy two weeks of paid vacation (taken at your discretion) plus time off from December 21 to January 5. After two years, vacation time increases to three weeks.
