Job Description Position Summary Our growing organization is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Logistics Lead to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch coordination, and end-to-end logistics activities. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a handson approach to managing teams, and proficiency in tools like Excel or Power BI to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining optimal stock levels and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement longterm strategies to support Imaging Service Centre goals, contractual performance targets and continuous improvement. Team Coordination: Coordinate with different teams to foster collaboration and crossteam learning. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Proven expertise in managing endtoend warehouse operations, including inventory control, space utilization, stock rotation, and ensuring optimal stock levels using minmax inventory approaches. Logistics & Dispatch Operations: Strong command over daytoday logistics functions including route planning, dispatch coordination, stock optimization, and managing timely shipments with minimal downtime or error rates. Analytical & DataDriven Decision Making: Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions) and basic Power BI for tracking KPIs, analyzing reports, and making informed decisions to improve supply chain performance. Team Leadership & CrossFunctional Coordination: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage warehouse and logistics teams, ability to setup and manage effective rosters and schedules, while working collaboratively with other departments, to ensure seamless supply chain execution. Cost Optimization & Efficiency Focus: Familiarity with lean logistics principles, minmax inventory strategies, and continuous process improvement methods to reduce operational costs while maintaining high service levels. Problem Solving & Crisis Management: Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving onground challenges related to inventory discrepancies, delayed shipments, or logistics bottlenecks. Ability to assess and resolve complex situations. Budget Management: Assess and analyze departmental budgets to optimize serviceability and corporate profitability. Typical Duties Optimum utilization and strategic management of the ISC Warehouse to ensure efficient inventory flow and stock accuracy. Manage logistics and dispatch activities to ensure timely and costeffective deliveries. Oversee recruiting and hiring processes. Improve productivity, business processes and efficiency. Manage quality standards. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Examine financial data to improve profitability. Perform quality control and monitor performance activities and contractual KPIs. Monitor inventory levels using minmax methods. Analyze operational data using Excel and Power BI to drive performance improvements. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff to maintain high productivity. Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Ensure compliance with safety standards, transportation regulations, and company policies. Handle supplier negotiations and manage thirdparty logistics and shipping providers, where applicable. Generate reports on logistics performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement and service quality. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Logistics & Dispatch Manager / Lead or similar role. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, supply chain, inventory, and operations management. Experience in budgeting and forecasting. Exposure to international shipping, customs processes, or import / export documentation. Familiarity with business and financial principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Preferred Skills Valid Forklift Operator License or handson experience operating material handling equipment. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Working knowledge of Power BI dashboards or similar data visualization tools. Experience managing cold chain logistics environments. Basic knowledge of planning for warehouse equipment. Prior experience with automation tools in logistics or warehouse setups (e.g., barcode scanners, conveyors). Multilingual ability (especially regional languages) for better coordination with ground staff and vendors. Salary Base salary of $105,000. Quarterly performance bonuses. Spare Parts Replenishment The Logistics Lead's team is responsible for efficiently reordering spare parts to maintain the agreed minimum inventory levels for each Spare Part. And is required to effectively manage a national, distributed inventory of thousands of parts to ensure asset availability according to agreed reorder and safety stock levels. The target reorder times and the performance payments are defined below. If a Spare Part is missing and causes an extended outage, KPrime is responsible. KPrime should have all necessary Spare Parts on site to ensure immediate repairs across all locations, based on the agreed reorder point for all assets. If there are no long outages (over 48 hours) due to missing Spare Parts, a performance payment will be provided.
