Your future role As a Finance Project Manager you will lead finances for projects, provide financial analysis, advice and guidance to support the project team in making the best business decisions . You will be the main partner for the Financial Strategy success of the project, contributing in negotiation processes to secure project success, and supports Project Managers in risks and opportunity assessments. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a business partnerto provide finance advice, guidance and tutoring to the core project team Escalating risks and opportunities to provide visibility to management Forecasting , challenging and approving Project Financial KPIs such as cash, sales and margin Controlling the project gross margin through detailed work package reviews Communicating with Project Stakeholders to provide reliable Business Cases to assist in the decision-making Optimizingfinancial aspects on the project including Tax, Hedging, Financing Ensuring Compliance with local regulations, especially for tax and statutory accounts purposes Ultimately, your success will be determined by your ability to build trust from the business with accurate forecast reporting and project controlling, which will lead to involvement in projects with increasing scope and visibility. All about you Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant project experience Experience in Planning, project performance, project accounting and internal control Preferred Qualifications: Team player with Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, knowledge of SAP, and/or financial planning tools Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; Accounting; Economics or similar is required Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered CPA certification is an asset Things youll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
