What You'll Do Drive growth by empowering the organization with well-founded hypotheses, insights, and recommendations that prioritize and build product roadmaps through proactive analysis. Formulate and execute comprehensive analytics workflows, which include defining critical metrics, data instrumentation and gathering, by collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand their business priorities. Improve the team's overall efficiency by partnering with Engineering to optimize data quality and build analytics foundations. Design, launch, and analyze AB tests to validate growth hypothesis and measure the impact of product features Collaborate closely with product, marketing, commercial, engineering, and other teams to develop a comprehensive analytics roadmap. Translate analytical outcomes and results into compelling narratives/presentations for leadership review. Implement best practices and automation to improve the overall efficiency of the team. What We Look For 3+ years of proven experience in an analytical role Experience extracting and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analysis using tools such as Python, Notebooks, R, or Excel Foundational understanding of designing and conducting hypothesis tests Experience with simultaneously managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing team objectives Strong intuition for customer needs and an ability to understand customer behavior using data Ability to deconstruct an ambiguous problem into tangible steps and develop an impactful solution Proficiency in communicating research and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences Eagerness to assist colleagues and motivation to optimize work processes Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships and collaborating on projects Pay and Benefits Base Pay Grade - K Equity Grade - 4 Base pay range per year: CAN$109,000CAN$159,000 Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure based on location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). Equity rewards may be offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company). Affirm is remote-first; the majority of roles are remote and you can work from anywhere within the country of employment.
